2 meats + 2 sides: $23/person
3 meats + 2 sides: $25/person
*For extra sides, add $3 per person.
Meats come pre-sliced/cut/pulled in foil pans and include:
Turkey(add $1 per person), Pulled Pork, Sliced Brisket, Chopped Brisket, Sausage (Texas Hot Link), Pork Spare Ribs, Smoked Chicken Thighs

Brisket (~5-6 lb, feeds 10-12 people) - $150
Pork Shoulder (~6-7 lb, feeds 12-14 people) - $100
Turkey Breast (~3-4 lb, feeds 8-10 people) - $120

We require at least 7 days notice in order to accommodate catering and whole cut orders. If you plan on picking up a whole cut order on a Saturday or Sunday, we can have it hot and ready to serve upon pick-up.
